Additionally, he worked as an Adjunct Business Faculty (Assistant Professor) to Geneva Business School, KSA-Campus for Master of Healthcare Management and MBA in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Bahrain destinations.

Objectives of Strategic Leadership

Any given business whether service (example healthcare & education) or manufacturing business is a complex activity that is exposed to different types of challenges and obstacles and needs a unique leadership style to keep successful operation and to achieve the organization strategy. All staff should identify the leadership traits inherited to them and develop and improve the necessary ones to fulfil their role within their working organization. Additionally, Leadership is a core component to achieve and sustain quality excellence, effectiveness and efficiency with ensuring safety activities that is a must be in place for the the success and sustainability of the business.
