Ahmed Afifi completed B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from The Alexandria University, Alexandra, Egypt. For the last six years, he had been working as a General Manager of Bin Dasmal Contracting in Dubai UAE. He is a Certified Energy Manager (AEE certified) and member of Emirates Green Building Council. Ahmed is an insulin-dependent diabetic and an Associate diabetes educator accredited from AADE (American Association of Diabetes Educators). He was able to control his blood sugar after stumbling on Dr. Bernstein’s book, Dr. Bernstein’s Diabetes Solution with proper management.
